Our service vehicles have been equipped with computers for over 4 years giving us the capability to track the history of any piece of equipment in your location that we have serviced. Most of our competitors do not have this ability or are just starting to get it.
We can either look up manufacturers manuals or contact technical support should the need arise, while on site.
We bill in 1/4 hour increments with no minimum charges during normal business hours.
Some other companies only do hot side or cold side. We do both and have been since the company was started. Recently a lot of our competitors have just started to do both.
We also do electrical and plumbing, a lot of the other companies do not.
Our paperwork that is left with you is specific and in detail so that you understand what it is that we did.
We warranty our work for 30 days* and follow manfacturer parts warranties. (*should the same issue arise)
